Your privacy is fundamental to BAIMLESS. Each company or organization on BAIMLESS is located on a separate Network that guarantees the privacy of its Members and User Content posted on that Network. It works as follows:
Your Network is defined by the email domain of your company or organization. For example, all users who register with an “xxxxxxx.com.br” email address would be part of the “xxxxxxx.com.br” network. To be part of a Network, you must confirm your email address.
Only people in your Network can view the Member's profiles and feeds.
We do not share your private information with advertising companies. This includes your email address and the email addresses of others on your Network.
The companies that hire BAIMLESS own the User Content created by their employees. Up to that point, Users retain their own User Content. BAIMLESS does not own such Content. Network Administrators can request that messages posted on their Network be exported securely to a destination designated by the company for archival and backup purposes.
BAIMLESS administrative tools do not allow our employees to view messages on a network. Access to the database is provided only to our technicians, on a case-by-case basis, to resolve specific technical issues, or as may be required by law.
BAIMLESS has instituted measures to protect the security of each Network's data.
When visiting our Website, we may collect information from your computer regarding your visit. Such information helps us to determine information about how you found our website, the date you visited it and search engines that may have taken you to it. We collect such information in order to continually improve and increase the functionality of www.Baimless.xyz.
In general, you can provide us with two types of information: User Content, which may include Personal Information, and Information on Use of the Website, both of which are discussed in more detail below.
Personal Information You Choose to Provide
In order to make your visits to our Website as pleasant as possible, we may ask you for Personal Information. Personal information includes, for example, your name and e-mail address. You will be asked to provide both when registering with BAIMLESS. Below is a description of some of the ways in which you can provide us with Personal Information, as well as other details on how we may use such Information.
Registration and Profile Information
You must provide us with Personal Information, such as your name and email address, when registering an account as a Member of the Website. You can also choose to add information, such as a photo, to your profile.
Questionnaires and Surveys
We may occasionally ask users of our Website to complete online surveys and surveys of their activities, attitudes and interests. Such research helps us to better serve you and improve the usefulness of BAIMLESS. When requesting your participation in these surveys, we may ask you to provide us with your name and email address.
Our Website offers its users the opportunity to share User Content - for example, on news feeds, forums and chat rooms. If you decide to use these resources, you should be aware that any Personal Information you submit through them can be read, collected or used by others who are viewing these forums and can be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit on these forums.
Information on Website Use
We may use "cookies" on our website or in connection with it to maintain information about you. A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. BAIMLESS employs the use of "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after closing your browser. Persistent cookies can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Website. They can be removed following your web browser's guidelines. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser.
When visiting our Website, our computer may ask your computer for permission to employ the use of a session or persistent cookie. Our Website will then send a cookie to your browser, if your browser preferences allow it, but to protect your privacy your browser only allows our Website to access the cookies it has already sent you and not the cookies sent to you by other Websites.
Most web browsers can be adjusted to inform you when a cookie has been sent to you and give you the opportunity to refuse it. However, refusing a cookie may, in some cases, prevent you from using or have a negative impact on the display or function of our Website or in some of its areas or features.
We may also use “Transparent GIFs” (also known as “web beacons” - “web beacons” or “pixel tags”) or similar technologies on our Website and / or in our communications with you. A Transparent GIF is typically a transparent image of a pixel located on a webpage, in an email or other type of message, which helps us to verify an individual's view or receipt of a webpage or message. Transparent GIFs allow us to know if you viewed a webpage before visiting our Website and can allow us to relate such information to others, including your Personal Information. We use information provided from Transparent GIFs to enable more accurate reports, improve the efficiency of our marketing and make BAIMLESS better for our users.
